Mullan Inc would like to recognize our wonderful HR manager, Taraneh Partow! Originally from Arizona, Taraneh moved to Florida when she was 15 years old. She attended the University of North Florida where she majored in Political Science. It was here that she took a marketing course and realized that is what she was passionate about. She began her search for an entry-level role in marketing when she found an opening at Mullan Inc. “I wasn’t looking to go into the sales aspect of marketing, but it was a new experience I was excited to try,” Taraneh says.
Taraneh started her journey here in August of 2019 as an Account Manager. Dedicated and goal-oriented, Taraneh excelled throughout the training process and quickly learned what it took to be a successful salesperson. “In only a few months, I was earning new responsibilities and learning more about the backend of the office. I began training new employees and being apart of the executive team,” Taraneh says.
As the office began to grow, it was evident there was a need for an HR Manager and Taraneh was given the opportunity to advance into the position. “Even though I had never considered HR before, it has been a perfect fit for me. I feel like I am exactly where I am supposed to be and I couldn’t be happier.” Taraneh has been our HR Manager for the past year and a half!
Taraneh’s favorite aspects about the culture here is how everyone knows when to work and knows when to play. Everyone deeply cares for one another and motivates each other to succeed. “I love getting to work with such great people. I have grown so much both personally and professionally from being around colleagues who push you to be the best version of yourself,” Taraneh says.
In her free time, Taraneh enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, paddle-boarding and going to the beach. On the weekend, you can find her at some of Florida’s beautiful springs. But her all-time favorite hobby is scuba-diving, which she has been doing since she was 19. In five years, Taraneh sees herself being an essential player in the expansion of Mullan Inc as the company begins to open new locations. Her personal goals include the opening of her own non-profit and traveling the world.
